Scout II Rollbar

Many people ask me what is the "factory spec bar"
and why do I want one.
Well I'll try to be clear.

The factory spec bar is designed to be the same as the ones manufactured for the IHC Scout line.

They fit well under the hard top, they are safer than most of the after market bars for a number of reasons as well.

The factory spec bar bolts to the wheel hump and the 'L' step at rear seating platform.... the two areas least likely to be weak from rust and age.

Most other bars on the market bolt to the bottom floor
(an area that ALWAYS has rust issues....that's why there is a drain plug there!), as well as the rear of the bed itself (behind the wheel humps) also a weak area.

Granted others may be 'neater' (whatever!!!)
or made from a heavier pipe....
but if you roll and the bar goes through the weak floor.... what happens to you?...
